Most people think that I have a lot of money, but that is what they thought of me. I can still consider myself almost in the middle, an experienced in business, but not senior nor junior.

The millionaires and even billionaires have spent more than ten years before they get what they have achieved. This is of course for those who have started from scratch, or should I say "zero"! But, for those who have just acquired the wealth of their parents do not count.

How much do I earn? Well, not much. I am still earning within my cost of living. I am still realizing a lot of things. Even though my financial status is the same as I was in employment. The fulfillment and happiness I feel is way too different, my personality status is very far from who I was.

And believe it or not, I am proud to say that I am fulfilled that I have helped a lot of people improved their lives. This is one of the reasons why I tried to learn blogging - To share my thoughts and help more people.

I cannot guarantee that all of them are correct, but this is better than doing nothing.

The importance of following your heart

Start the business that you love to do and it is much better if you already know how to run it.

"Follow your heart" is what we commonly hear, but what if you already know a business that works, which is not what you love to do.

Simple answer is, do not pursue it if you are not going to give your best at it.

However, if you really are into business and confident that you will achieve your freedom, you know what I mean by that freedom, then start from what you already know and remember to still give your best.

You may grow it and have good results, but time will come that your mind will still “mind” what your heart tells you to do.

The bottom line is we will be more successful if we are doing what we really like the most. And by the way, this is also very true in finding your career.

Sure I had enjoyed running businesses, the longest was the recruitment. I enjoyed calling potential applicants to fill-up the vacant positions of my clients. I also enjoyed writing programming codes to automate my clients business processes. And even enjoyed presenting latest information software and hardware technologies.

But those are not my passion and that word is absolutely different from the words hobby, fun, enjoy, and all other words that you might think of, but if it's not what you really love doing the most, you will get tired.

It does not mean I hate all those things I had been into. I still enjoy doing them and those are very useful for my own benefit and not for my clients anymore.

So today, after so many risks I have taken, I am again stepping into a new life. I already closed down my company and take time to plan my next journey.

If you are curious of what my passion is, you may visit this link, http://www.visualnotch.com/ and have a preview of what I'm about to establish.

Learn First How to Sell

You can never run your business well if you do not know how to sell.

Start from any small things you like, because selling is just like telling stories to your friends.

A businessman who does not know how to sell, finds it very hard to run the business and make more money.

How Do We Maintain Our Output?

I realized few things what keeps the team aiming high and reaching the daily goal. There are a lot of aspects, which we may consider as ingredients to cook one objective. But I will try to identify only those fundamental factors.

These ingredients are useful in any organizations, companies, or groups; either big or small. Have you been into a group such as having projects at school or joining a Multi-Level Marketing as Associates?

Looking back at the triangle of success, relationship with our colleagues is the most important, the Human Relations side of the triangle. Being open-minded, which we listen more rather than talk more. Ideas are very welcome and shared to everyone for the benefit of the team.

There are many thoughts, suggestions, or proposals which are good and beneficial. However, some of them take time to sink in, which is not bad at all and will eventually get the hang of it after a while. These thoughts are not meant to be imposed, instead you can lead by example and your team will follow you, disregarding your position because that is only a title in words. And take note nobody ever really wins any arguments.

The main thing in cooking our objective is to stick with process in which the whole team has developed and constantly being improved, those changes that everyone agrees to follow them. This is like a game! A game that we are interested to play! A game that we all desire to win! Let us play and improve our skills!

You Get What You Give

I always have this question for everyone; how high is our commitment to meet our goals? I understand that it is not easy to give more than 100% commitment. Realistically, people are not into commitment in any situation, even a very simple event like going out to have a dinner or planning a vacation with family and friends.

In a company or at work there are several characteristics to show commitment; sacrificing holidays and working more than regular hours. Of course we should not forget how to compromise. We are not required to come in on rest days or work late at night and deprive ourselves from sleeping.

Health is still our concern, because it affects our social intelligence. If we are stressed, we are also irritated, because of not enough rest and sleep. Our emotions will become low and the side of Human Relations will be affected in the triangle of success.

The bottom line in commitment is our eagerness to work for something and our willingness to give our efforts for the team. Everything that you contribute to the team, it all goes back to you.

The reason why we exist is because we are unknowingly helping other people; to keep their jobs, reach their goals, and share their successes to their families. And same goes to you, why other people exist around you.

That is why Commitment is teamwork!

The Shape To Your Success!

Let me share you about success first. Not only can the circle roll. Can you tell me something else? There is another shape that can roll; it is going to be your key to success - the triangle of success. The three sides are Skills, Knowledge and Human Relations. If you make each side roll, you will always succeed on each of your goals.

Knowledge is how well you know what you are going to do, what you have learned from your school, what you have researched and learned from other people.

Skill is not only the words of your knowledge but turning them into actions, that you are confident that you can do it.

Human Relations is your attitude towards other people. How high is your social and emotional intelligence?

If you are missing even only one side of the triangle, then you can never roll the triangle of success and cannot move to your goals. And that is very important working in a team.

Talking about teamwork; everybody wins when the team wins, nobody is a failure. Each member has its own potential, everyone is unique that contributes to the team.

Let us face the challenges and work it out. Let us think of strategies. Let us work for the team. If you work for the team, the team will work for you. Look at the basketball teams, the Olympic teams, the military, and some brotherhood groups. I wish to see that within a team; the camaraderie, the belonging, the friendship, the unity, and the commitment.

We think win-win-win, we are pro-active, and we think both short-term and long-term.

Do you know the reason why you are here? It is because you want to be the best!
